注意.muttrc中set envelope_from = yes这一句是必须的，有没有设置呢？

这个在/etc/Mutt中默认为 no，请教，这句是什么意思。

When set, mutt will try to derive the message's envelope sender from the "From:" header.

这里的message's envelope是指什么，邮件头么？

我想是这个道理：我163的服务器没有理由给你发from=sin.com的邮件，所以要告诉服务器你的邮件是from 163的。

+object file: No such file or directory

my lib's path: /usr/local/lib
i think the path for the esmtp should be /usr/lib
how can i make a link between those libs?
can you help me?

maybe you have not installed the libesmtp library.
you can download a rpm package to install

道理是明白的，可是具体操作还不会。
请问
1、就安装文中提到的几个软件就可以了吗？不用DNS配置？不用MX记录？等等。。。
2、.muttrc ,.esmtprc ,.fetchmail ,.fetchmailrc等文件是建立在哪里？程序安装目录还是/home/user

$HOME，肯定了。
基本上Linux里不会把这些东西放在安装程序的目录里面的

“用MUTT收发电子邮件”，
可是，却是大失所望，我还以为是弄邮件服务器呢！却原来只是个邮件收发程序，
我觉得还是直接登录web收发直观明了，这个还是留给不装X的牛人用吧！:p :p :p
