不能继续了，没有make文件。

我刚安装上FC4，正打算安装五笔
按照http://www.fcitx.org/main/?q=node/76这里的说明
１、卸载 iiimf 所有的包。这步我完成了
２、安装 fcitx-3.1.1.tar.bz2
./configure
然后出现上面的信息，就没了
我查看了一下config.log文件，有以下错误信息：

如果没有显示什么，就是没有安装；

版主，运行rpm -qa |grep glibc-devel这句后，结果和你的一样哦！
到底什么原因呢？

具体情况不明，但显然是您的系统安装有问题，请检查一下
