I cant use chine input

yesterday i installed the Fcitx and uninstall the Chinput,and now I cant use chinese input,who helps me!!!

Its my detail:

First i am a new linux learner.Very new!!
I installed the RedHat 9.0.
And i dont install any software under linux system.
yesterday i wanna use WuBi and i install the wblx-linux-V0.03.tar.gz with the "tar xzvf wblx-linux-V0.03.tar.gz",and in the directory its readme says:
1、直接运行 将wblx-linux-V0.03.tar.gz解压后,进入wblx-0.03目录,用命
令"./wblx"运行即可。按回车键/空格键执行所选中的菜单项
2、自己编译 在软件目录中运行make可编译源码并生成可执行文件wblx,用命
令"./wblx"启动五笔练习;也可以执行mkwblx脚本来生成wblx。
或

3、源码分析 本软件提供所有的源代码;cin目录下放有五笔单字码表,fonts
目录下放有软件所用的ASCII和汉字库。
but when i used 1 , it tells me that :

./wblx: error while loading shared libraries: libvga.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

so I used the seconed method.and it tells me:

make: `wblx' is up to date.

then i didnt wanna to use this Chinese input method.
So i found the fcitx names :"fcitx-3.0.2-1.i386.rpm"
but i dont see the tip that:
先把以前的的输入法卸掉
and I installed
so i cant use the WuBi,but at that time I still use Chinput or miniChinput (I also dont know I used which ,mabe its default input method is miniChinput)
then I see the

如果是RedHat系统中自带的输入法Chinput，可用

#rpm -e miniChinput

And then I used this order

after this i rebooted the computer,and found that I cannt use the Chinese input,
and some chines Doc also cannt open as usual,and displays as we say LuanMa.
And Now I dont wanna reinstall the system , and who can help me?
I will thax U,maybe ask U to have a dinner!! ^-^ yeah a dinner! or 2!!
