Problems when I update fcitx from 2.0 to 3.1.1

I have problems when I update fcitx from 2.0 to 3.1.1. I use the fcitx-3.1.1.tar.bz2 package, installed with command ./configure --prefix=/usr; make; make install.

The install process was all right. But when i input the command fcitx, like
[no@localhost no]$ fcitx
it came with the message "无法打开中文标点文件，将无法输入中文标点！"
and with the 图标. When i go on to input chinese, it came out with the message "没有系统词库文件！", and the fcitx will exit. Message like this:
[no@localhost no]$
没有系统词库文件！

FCITX -- Get Signal No.: 11
FCITX -- Exit Signal No.: 11

I used to use fcitx 2.0 with no problem except when i use it with lumaqq(so i have to update fcitx).

问题解决了,从新编译一次就行了
