投了atheos一票， OBOS开发实在太慢了.
syllable起码有个可以使用的，不过我现在的机器居然没有办法安装。
不过最近他们的进展倒是不错。完成了新的ata driver，并且nvidia的驱动也有了更新。而且新的gcc3.3.2何glibc 2.3.2的port也基本上完成了。
期待发行一个我能安装的版本。

OBOS其实也不慢啊，才3、4年时间哦
我现在是OBOS-cvs + PE5

不过开发app_server的DW因为身体问题退出社区了

The OpenBeOS project announced its first conference to be held this summer in Columbus, Ohio. Michael Phipps calls the first conference "One short, action packed weekend full of fun and excitement. We'll get started at 9 or 10 AM on Saturday and finish up about 5PM on Sunday." Conference attendees will be among the first to hear the new project name and get a glimpse at the long awaited brand spanking new website. The conference is scheduled for June 19-20, 2004 and slated to kick off at 9 to 10 a.m. on Saturday. Head on over the OpenBeOS website for more details on registration and room arrangements. BeUnited has already announced its planned presence at the conference and I'm sure there are more to follow.
