在LINUX(RH9)下上网慢的问题

我先说明我的电脑具体情况：CPU： 赛扬667 内存：396M 主板：EPOX-3S2A集成声卡显卡。网卡：RELTEK8029(AS)硬盘：HDA80G，WIN2000系统，HDC：15G，RH9系统。
  我的网络是校园网宽带。
  症状：我在WIN2000下上网很快，下载速度平均在100K左右。可是我在RH9下上网特别慢，linuixsir的主页我根本打不开，下载就更慢了，只有几K 系统能正常识别我的网卡型号，可是用的实配器是NE2000。我用Mozilla浏览器，163.com等网站打开象牛一样，真是不爽！用Phoenix也慢。我曾下载了一个网卡的驱动 driver.o文件，我不知道怎么安装。
  请各位帮忙分析一下是什么原因，是驱动的问题吗？怎么装？

不一定是驱动的问题,建议你先看看启动信息里有关网卡的部分.
用dmesg看看或是看一下/var/log/messages

暂时没有看出什么问题来.

RealTek 8029 是PCI NE2000的克隆. 只有10Mbps, 它用的就是NE2000 PCI的driver,所以Redhat用的driver应该是没有问题的.

我的网卡在WIN2000下的IO是0xc000-0xc01f 我在RH9下监测的也是一样的，我看过相关帖子说NE2000中断号问题，具体不明白。是不是有关系啊？
