pacman error! how to unclock?

[root@arch-live ~]# vi /etc/pacman.d/mirrorlist
[root@arch-live ~]# pacman -Syu               
:: Synchronizing package databases...
error: failed to init transaction (unable to lock database)
  if you're sure a package manager is not already
  running, you can remove /var/lib/pacman/db.lck
[root@arch-live ~]#

computer shutdown when i update  system.i want to pacman -Syu.but failed.how to solve this problem?

那就　sudo rm /var/lib/pacman/db.lck　呗
