为什么rc既要启动hwclockfirst.sh又要启动hwclock.sh？

很奇怪，[color="Blue"]hwclockfirst.sh和[color="Blue"]hwclock.sh的代码85%以上相同，都能处理相同的任务，但rc里居然都启动二者，只不过顺序先后罢了。

Why？
