开机提示missing operating system ,用fdisk命令查看，提示错误 怎么修复？

用fdisk命令查看，提示错误
The number of cylinders for this disk is set to 14593.
There is nothing wrong with that, but this is larger than 1024,
and could in certain setups cause problems with:
1) software that runs at boot time (e.g., old versions of LILO)
2) booting and partitioning software from other OSs
   (e.g., DOS FDISK, OS/2 FDISK)
现在开机只能用光盘，不然missing operating system，不会运行GRUB
怎么修故阿?

我乱搞搞好了.....
我用diskman恢复分区表,但DISKMAN不能识别LINUX的分区,只能恢复NTFS,我想关他的.点了保存.重起一看,LINUX居然还在,XP也活过来了。....汗
好神奇..
