安装fc5的问题，请大家看看

在一台机器上安装好fc5，然后把硬盘插到另外一台机器上去，能够启动grub，并解压缩内核，但最后kernel panic。
以下是错误信息：

Red hat nash version .... starting
unable to access resume device (LABEL-SWAP-sda2)
mount:could not find filesystem '/dev/root'
...
...
Kernel panic -  not syncing:Attempted to kill init!

两台机器的主板是不同的，但是为什么会无法找到文件系统(dev/root/)呢？
