使用apt-get update会出现-bash: /usr/bin/apt-get: No such file or directory，有什么解决办法

使用apt-get update第一次好的。然后使用apt-get -y dist-upgrade报错dpkg (subprocess): failed to exec rm for cleanup: No such file or directory
dpkg: error while cleaning up:
subprocess rm cleanup returned error exit status 2，最后装什么都装不上
一直是-bash: /usr/bin/apt-get: No such file or directory

现在运行reboot都会出现-bash: /sbin/reboot: No such file or directory
