怎样升级testing-proposed-updates

我现在使用的是testing版本，其中testing-proposed-updates的软件比较新，比如iceweasel，在testing-proposed-updates中的是2.0.0.6。但我运行aptitude install iceweasel，安装的是testing中的2.0.0.3，不是testing-proposed-updates中的2.0.0.6，怎样才能让aptitude优先安装testing-proposed-updates里的软件。下面是我的sources.list
