系统的时间为什么会引起make check的错误呢

今天发现的，编译module-init-tools-3.1的时候发现的这个问题，按照精华版youbest的文章操作的，不过我用的虚拟机，之前将虚拟机suspend了，所以系统的时间不太准确。
结果make check的时候出错，提示信息如下：

解决的方法倒也不难，我将/usr目录下所有的文件都touch了一下，就make check能过去了。不过我很不理解为什么会有这种情况出现。请高手指教，谢谢！

感觉是因为时间太提前，所以有的东西没编译，导致check 错误。
