how to mount usbdisk to Redhat AS4.0?

The usbdisk can be automatically mounted after being connected. But the file in this usbdisk can not accessed as an ordinary user. Neither does the root user can read any  information from the disk. Differently, the root user can open directaries. But "Segment default" appears.

Here is the information of the /etc/fstab:
/dev/sdc5      /media/USB_FAT32    vfat    pamconsole,fscontext=system_u: object_r:removable_t,exec,noauto,managed 0 0

I am fresh with Linux os. So I failed to solve this problem.
I hope some one could give an explanation in detail.
