搜遍整个论坛+baidu仍未解决关于显卡驱动的问题!

本机配置见签名!
在安装nvidia显卡驱动的时候,按照前辈们的指示,安装步骤如下:
1. 到官方下载驱动NFORCE-Linux-x86-1.0-0310-pkg1.run
2. 修改/etc/selinux/config,注释掉 SELINUX=enforcing
,增加 SELINUX=disabled
3.切换到文本模式下,以root权限,安装NFORCE-Linux-x86-1.0-0310-pkg1.run,一路OK,安装完成!
4.修改/etc/X11/xorg.cong, Driver"nv"换成 Driver "nvidia",删除 Load "dri",Load  "glx"
原本就有.
5.reboot!

问题来了,重起后startx不能进入x-window,在文本模式下修改Driver "nvidia"为Driver"nv",又可以startx进入x-window ,进去过后又修改为Driver "nvidia",下次启动仍然不能进x-window.

nv 是 xorg 自己的驱动,所以没有问题。

贴一下用 nvidia 时的 log。

你大概装了nforce的驱动,而不是nvidia显卡的驱动。

楼上的有道理,我不太清楚文件包的名字,因为我是用 Gentoo 的,不需要到官方网站下载。不过,版本好不对。
