problem about vmware workstation

hai everybody,i installed windows and linux in my computer,whichever i choose can run when os start and when i try to use the software VMware problem burst with:

while i don't have it,what should i do?thanx so much.

不知道你在说什么 ，win 和lin 哪个是虚拟系统，哪个是真是系统？
或者两个都是真实系统？那你是 用VMWARE来运行真实系统还是虚拟系统？
出现这样的错误 ，我估计是虚拟的硬盘不能引导造成的，你是否为虚拟机划分了空间？是否建立了分区？ 是否写入了引导 信息？ 第一引导设备是什么？
