A question on mail client

Hi folks,

BLFS 6.1

I'm prepared to install Procmail on BLFS 6.1 which shall be used as workstation only.  Please advise which Mail Server Software would you recommend;
Exim
OR
Sendmail

The workstation shall collect mails from a POP account.  Whether I also need to install "Fetchmail"
