Problem on installing WvStreams-4.0.1

Hi folks,

BLFS 6.1
FC3 Host

Problem on installing WvStreams-4.0.1 on chroot environment
md5sums of its tarball matched.  
OpenSSL-0.9.7g installed without problem/complaint

@localhost.localdomain : /root@localhost:/sources/wvstreams-4.0.1# ./configure --prefix=/usr \
> --sysconfdir=/etc --localstatedir=/var &&
> make

I tried 3 times, including re-download its patch file.  But problem still reoccured.

Please advise.  TIA
