Help !! xwindow startup problem

I had the following error when I start xwindow by startx commond. Does anyone know how to deal with this? Thanks a lot!!

什么字体都可以没有，但是系统默认的的fixed必须要有。你是否更白了/etc/fonts/下面的font.conf,local.confd内容？
