求教：想用ALSA，但只能用ESD？

已经按照“如何混音”一文安装设置了。

如果系统的“多媒体系统选择控制面板”设了ESD，BMP也用ESD输出的话，就只有LUMAQQ声音不能同时跟其它声音发出。

但发觉怎么BMP，XMMS播放音乐的音质真的不敢恭维！于是想用ALSA（因为有网友说用ALSA效果好点）：
问题就来了！

“多媒体系统选择控制面板”如果设成ALSA，那就完了，系统声音没了。BMP也出问题，不能用ALSA和ESD输出，只能用OSS！！！用ALSA和ESD的出错信息是：

我看到别的发行版的ALSA都得去编译源码。不知Ubuntu下又是如何呢？奇怪，我今天再按“如何混音”一文操作一下，竟然出现以下错误信息：
