能不能用磁盘对拷的方式装LINUX

第二个问题只是随便问问，大家不要扁我。。。。:p

如果你确定是一样的，并且对于硬件的设置也是一样的，我想应该没有问题，可以做一下测试嘛，试一下就明白了

1. Most of the time, yes.  I cannot say 100%, there is always unknowns.  However, the way to copy things from one place to the other is rather tricky and not as simple as you expected.  You have to pay attention to the working environment and do some chroot before you can set thing up.

I have experience to copy a LiveCD into my hard disk and make it work.  If you are interest, see this thread, http://www.linuxsir.cn/forum.php ... &highlight=ibox

2. 200% certain, NO!  In M$ crap, there are numerous unknowns being stored in the registry which are almost unable to be resolved.

直接ghost就可以了~
就算配置不一样也可以的！

M$应该是可以的，
如果是静态网络地址，
需要手动修改一下。

呵呵,我试了一下,把/opt移动到一个新分区上去,先用的cp,打算cp过去再rm旧的/opt,
        我的/opt下有自己装的mysql数据库,cp进行的很顺利,
        但启动mysql总是报错,看来cp的就是有点小问题,
        最后只好用tar, tar就是棒,用tar移动到新分区上后mysql启动正常工作,一点问题没有!

我不明白的是,注册表也是M$下的一些数据库文件,为什么拷过去不能解析?

WINDOWS的启动文件是不是必须写在第一分区里专门的地址上??

ghost的"拷贝"方式为什么对LINUX和M$都行呢? 听说GHOST是向磁盘上直接写东西,复制不经过操作系统,看来和这个有关吧,不清楚.
