编译chmsee的问题

我先安装了gtkhtml3.1.8，然后解压chmsee-gtkhtml-0.9.0.tar.bz2，在它的目录里configure时确提示：

checking for libgtkhtml-3.1 >= 3.1.8... Package libgtkhtml-3.1 was not found in the pkg-config search path.
Perhaps you should add the directory containing `libgtkhtml-3.1.pc'
to the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable
No package 'libgtkhtml-3.1' found

我执行了PKG_CONFIG_PATH=/usr/local/lib/pkgconfig/
但是还是出现上面的错误提示

$export PKG_CONFIG_PATH=/usr/local/lib/pkgconfig/
或者干脆把.pc文件复制到/usr/lib/pkgconfig试试。

我只看见3.0.10和3.2.3，没3.1啊，难道是通用的吗
