无法编译OpenSSH(openssl headversion not found)

安装了LFS，想要安装一个openssh，先安装了openssl-0.97d，但编译openssh时
./configure --sysconfdir=/etc/ssh
遇到
openssl headversion... not found
error

penssl version header not found

究竟是什么地方出了问题呢？请大家指教。谢谢。
