求教，图形化安装linux9后，并绑定ip为192.168.0.18，在服务配置启动httpd服务时报错。 内容如下：

httpd failed. The error was: Starting httpd: (99)Cannot assign requested address: make_sock: could not bind to address 192.168.0.1:80
no listening sockets available, shutting down
[FAILED]

该怎么办才能启动httpd服务。谢谢指教。
