qterm3.6 编译问题

我的系统是fc1  gnome2.4
  编译qterm3.6 时提示
checking for libjpeg... -ljpeg
checking for Qt... configure: error: Qt (>= Qt 3.1.0) (headers and libraries) no
t found. Please check your installation!

[nkwz@nkwz qterm-0.3.6]$ cd ../
后来安装qt的deve包
[root@nkwz src]# rpm -ivh qt-devel-3.1.2-14.i386.rpm
Preparing...                ########################################### [100%]
   1:qt-devel               ########################################### [100%]
[root@nkwz src]# exit
exit
再编译还是不行 提示

请问怎么才能编译通过？
ps qterm3.6不出rpm包了？
