你用什么版本的debian?难道是版本问题？
你有没有apt-get update过？

是debian-31r2-i386-netinst.iso。
重新update一遍，依然找不到initramfs-tools。
我的apt/sources.list里有：
deb cdrom:略
deb http://debian.cn99.com/debian/ stable main
deb-src http://debian.cn99.com/debian/ stable main
deb  http://security.debian.org/ stalbe/update main contrib

initramfs-tools 在 stable branch 是没有的，现在 testing 或 unstable 才有
