You should learn more about file permissions and ownership.

Format of chown is:

chown [option] username:groupname filename

chown -R apostle.apostle LumEveryDot

means change the ownership recursively for all files under LumEveryDot directory to user apostle and group apostle.

As apostle does not belong to your system, you certainly get the error!
