新闻：Novell宣布并购Mandriva
盐湖城-美国，巴黎-法国--Novell 今天宣布收购 Mandriva。Mandriva 是有全球影响力的 Linux 发行版制造商和领先的开放源代码软件开发者。Mandriva 拥有一整套完整的 Linux 解决方案，并且在桌面领域处于领先地位；而 Novell 则在企业级 Linux 市场上具有领先优势。通过本次并购，Novell 可以获得完整的 Linux 产品线，有助于扩大 Novell 的市场领先优势，促进 Linux 和开放源代码事业的发展。
