要看具体错误是什么，应该是由于没有设$LFS，用/mnt/lfs试试：

chroot /mnt/lfs /tools/bin/env -i \
HOME=/root TERM=$TERM PS1='\u:\w\$ ' \
PATH=/bin:/usr/bin:/sbin:/usr/sbin \
/tools/bin/bash --login

There is also a Makefile for auto installation so that you can mass produce beLFS systems. I forgot a link in /
ln -s /usr/src/lfs-packages/Sources .
Mount a 2000Mb partition on /mnt/lfs, and make
(or make from /usr/src/lfs-packages)
