有朋友在Macbook Pro上用gentoo的么

因为实在感觉gentoo太赞了...大多数东西还是linux下使用的习惯一些

听说mac os X很牛 X，不知和gentoo比如何？好象有个prefix的项目可以把portage移植到macosx里

对，可以在MACOSX里面装gentoo prefix，安装较快

最大的牛X其实还是在商业软件的支持上，这点真的要比Linux做得好很多，的确是Unix家族里最适合做桌面方案的系统
但是我就是要用gentoo，做开发，做生产，稳定，mac os x可以玩玩，但是不想再折腾时间去研究了，因为以前玩过一段时间
我还是喜欢KDE一些，哈哈

macbook系统的语音speech不错，值得推荐
gentoo好用，就是界面方面不好弄出色的，内核配置也是一个麻烦的问题，但是配置完了用起来没问题，linux系统bugs肯定是修复的比较不及时的，应用程序界面方面bugs肯定更多些

相比一下，还是macbook划算，其它本子肯定配的是win7, win7我用过，实在不敢恭维，看大虾怎么评价windows：

As such, I can sit back and safely say, "Sure, feel free to use Windows!" ...Ok yes, it does make me grit my teeth to say that.

So I still encourage you to try Linux, BSD, or some flavor of Unix, instead.

mac找个自己喜欢的主题弄下，还是不错的，目前雪豹主题开发也是比较活跃，需要时间
相比kde4或E17的设计理念更先进，需要更多的时间耐心等待丰富和稳定

以前总感觉leopard安装太大了，装了无用的垃圾，对比一下它提供的一些有用的功能，其实还是比较靠普的。想当年，为了装stardict真人发声，下载费了老大的劲，装起来有好几个G

mac的内核darwin其实也是开源。linux上能用的开源软件都可以在darwin上运行，装个macports类似portage的包管理工具就可以了， 至于管理／配置工具，比较流行的OnyX, TinkerTool都是免费的，卸载的一款工具appzapper比较上手（需要注册码）

常用的能视频的skype, msn8beta都是软件商免费提供的。唯一不爽的就是sopcast一直没有mac版本(livestation?)
