turn off feedback launcher to speed up launch

In my arch + kdemod4.3,  feedback launcher slows any application launched by Alt + F2. The animation doesn't stop until it times out after 30 seconds.

If I launch the same application in console, it starts in 2 sec.

So I turn off the feedback animation, it improves the startup quite a lot.

Hope it's turned off by default.
