iptables FORWARD 问题

我的iptables 的FORWARD策略每次重启后都变为DROP的，但我进入iptables文件查看，filter中的FORWARD策略为ACCEPT，service iptables restart 后又可以了。
请问是什么问题呢？ 我查看过rc.local里的内容，没有iptables相关脚本在运行。请问问题出在哪？谢谢！！

先把IPtables服务停了再看是不是你说的那样

把随开机启动的iptables去掉了，
启动后运行
# iptables -L
Chain INPUT (policy ACCEPT)
target     prot opt source               destination
DROP       tcp  --  anywhere             anywhere            tcp dpts:0:1023
DROP       udp  --  anywhere             anywhere            udp dpts:0:1023
DROP       tcp  --  anywhere             anywhere            tcp flags:FIN,SYN,RST,ACK/SYN
DROP       icmp --  anywhere             anywhere            icmp echo-request

Chain FORWARD (policy DROP)
target     prot opt source               destination

Chain OUTPUT (policy ACCEPT)
target     prot opt source               destination

问题依旧，怎么回事？请高手赐教！！

还是有脚本控制Iptables
默认没有的话所有的链都没有条目的。
查下/etc/rc.d/rc.local有没有脚本调用
或者有没有rc.iptables之类的脚本

/etc/rc.d/rc.local下没有iptables相关脚本调用
locate rc.iptables或find / -name rc.diptables都没有找到。

不知道哪启用的这个策略。。。
