不知道有没有教育网的兄弟装了fedora8的。我装了8，首先是yum源的问题，教育网连不上国外的网络。我自己添加了上海交大的源如下建立了sjtu.repos

然后添加livna的源，首先在windows下用代理下了livna-release-8.rpm，还有打开 http://rpm.livna.org/RPM-LIVNA-GPG-KEY ，把里面的内有保存。登录到fedora下安装了livn-release-8.rpm，然后导入key，我是把刚才导入的保存的文件命名为RPM-LIVNA-GPG-KEY并保存到桌面，然后导入rpm --import /root/Desktop/RPM-LIVNA-GPG-KEY ，再添加yum源

yum源添加完了就开始安装软件，先是安装reciteword 黑客背单词
yum install reciteword
没问题，成功的安装了！然后想装stardict星际译王 yum install reciteword 然后就出现错误说缺少依赖关系。本想把错误copy下来无奈现在发现仓库里尽然没有这个包，记得缺少espeak ，就又转到window下找个espeak-1.28-1.fc8.i386.rpm包，无奈安装时现在又出现Missing Dependency: libportaudio.so.2 is needed by package espeak
不理就继续安装其他东西，安装totem-xine播放器。
yum remove totem
yum install totem-xine
可是找个rmvb文件发现播放不了！
Totem could not play 'file:///media/disk-2/dongxiexidu_3522_q.rmvb'.
A problem occurred while loading a library or a decoder (cook.so).
于是就网上找答案，说要安装xine-lib，就在yum上找一下有关xine的

于是 yum install xine-lib-extras-nonfree.i386
又出现：
Error: Missing Dependency: libx264.so.56 is needed by package ffmpeg-libs
Error: Missing Dependency: libmp4v2.so.0 is needed by package faac
不知道怎么做，我想不可能就找这些包下载再安装吧！！！放弃！
又想安装audacious 播放器，仓库里没有这个包！到ftp里搜索了个audacious-1.3.2-1.fc8.i386.rpm安装，又出现
Missing Dependency: audacious-plugins >= 1.3.0 is needed by package audacious
Missing Dependency: libaudacious.so.5 is needed by package audacious
又放弃了，继续装其他东西！
yum -y install gstreamer-plugins*
出现一堆：

结果就这样了，发现我装什么总缺少依赖关系什么的 。。到现在只成功安装了totem-xine，却还是播不了任何东西。不知道究竟什么原因，yum不是可以自己解决依赖关系的吗？是不是因为现在fedora8的源不全，所以很多都解决不了！！
帖子又长又臭，我搞了两三天什么都搞不好，网络又很不好，下载包都经常要转到windows下用代理下载！！！好郁闷！不知道有没有人发现跟我一样的问题！还是我自己有什么搞错了 ！！！不想再这样毫无结果搞下去！所以 决定发个贴，问一下！不知道是不是我什么东西搞错了 ！ |
