终于装上了mplayer,,但是还有一个问题

如题，我每次启动mplayer都提示"cannot prepare subtitle font."错误框，这是怎么回事。还有，我放电影的时候好卡呀，这是怎么了？

找一个字体，拷贝或链接到.mplayer/subfont.ttf，试试
debian上装mplayer很方便，不管是apt还是编译安装

在/etc/mplayer/mplayer.conf加上这几行：

fontconfig = yes
font = "Sans"
subfont-text-scale = 3
subcp=cp936

或者修改font为指定的字体也行。

片子卡就加上 -framedrop 或者 -hardframedrop 。

试试把
~/.mplayer目录删除

至于播放卡的问题，也许换一个vo（视频输出驱动）就能够解决问题
