请教一个bugzilla的问题

安装配置好后
加product user 和 components都没问题
然后我就试了一下提交bug
结果出来了下面的错误：
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, root@nisec and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

apache的日志是这样的：

这是哪出的问题啊，我实在找不出问题，也没搜到什么解决方法。

解决了
是因为导入了以前的bugzilla的数据库
和后来装的版本不兼容
