方法：vim ／boot／grub／menu.lst

title           Debian GNU/Linux, kernel 2.6.18-4-amd64
root            (hd0,0)
kernel          /boot/vmlinuz-2.6.18-4-amd64 root=/dev/sda1 ro nmi_watchdog=0
initrd          /boot/initrd.img-2.6.18-4-amd64
savedefault

即在kernel 最后加上nmi_watchdog=0 即可
