debian下安装Squid的问题！！安装出错！！求救啊！！

安装squid出错
apt-get install squid 提示找不到！！
下载了squid-2.5.STABLE13-20060508.tar.gz
安装时出错！！
./configure时出现以下提示：
checking for gcc... gcc
checking whether the C compiler (gcc  -g) works... no
configure: error: installaion or configuration problem: C compiler cannot create executables

没用gcc ,或许你还需要装make
还的装squid的编译包 apt-get build-dep squid
