问题已经解决

是下面2楼的 高手所说的原因！

因为我是2.6内核  而我装的module-init-tools是2.7  ，这个2.7的是为2.4内核服务的。 所以要升级一下！

http://debian.cn99.com/debian/pool/main/m/module-init-tools/

可以下载到最新的。  最好下载deb的 直接安装方便！
