urxvt下telnet乱码。

系统是UTF-8的，
即使改成GBK或GB2132也是乱码。
为什么是这样呢？记得以前不是。

dpkg-reconfigure locales
把gbk选上
终端下运行:
luit -encoding gbk telnet ip

我系统已有GBK的locale，但UTF-8为主。
luit是什么？
我记得gnome-terminal修改编码就可以了。

debian源里没有luit，我去sf看了下，发现它很久没有更新了。
有没有替代品？
