急！！！编译armboot出错，请大家指点

我编译armboot 文件，使用的是cross-3.0.tar.bz2  tools－chain，编译到最后报错，                     arm-linux/bin/ld :can not open linker script file  board/RD6632/armboot.lds: no such file or directory.
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status.

请大家帮帮忙，告诉我是为什么
