求助]hp unix下 webspere的问题

此次发生问题的服务器承载着Web网站，服务器的具体情况如下：
操作系统：Hp unix
Web服务器：Apache
Web应用服务器：IBM Websphere6
数据库：sybase

错误现象：
服务器运行状况不稳定，发生间歇性无法访问网站的现象，从IBM Websphere的系统错误日志中看到是内存滥出，无法创新进程，经过修改unix的最大线程等参数，系统错误日志不报错，但现象依旧存在，后在IBM Websphere的插件日志中发现错误，内容如附件中所示。
重启IBM Websphere的服务后，可继续访问网站，错误现象发生间隔时间最长三五天，最短几个小时。

系统初期在另一台相同环境，IBM Websphere为4的版本下运行，时间1个月左右重启一次IBM Websphere，移值到现在的服务器上改用IBM Websphere6，错误现像相同，但时间缩短。
