mplayer能用，Gmplayer起动不了

哎，搞了两天debian，问题还真多，一个接一个啊。我的mplayer是这样编译安装的：
./configure --enable-gui --with-codecsdir=/usr/lib/codecs --language=zh_CN --enable-freetype --enable-fontconfig
安装过程中没有任何问题。但gmplayer不能使用。在终端中：
mplayer 影片名，能正常播放；
gmplayer 影片名，提示如下：
vo: X11 running at 1024x768 with depth 24 and 32 bpp (":0.0" => local display)
Linux RTC init error in ioctl (rtc_irqp_set 1024): Permission denied
Try adding "echo 1024 > /proc/sys/dev/rtc/max-user-freq" to your system startup scripts.


“startup scripts”是哪里呢？？
