怎样做一个apt server的镜像?

我用某个朋友做的一个内部的站apt.debian.tom作为我的apt源,可以正常的使用,
可是我用如下的参数rsync镜像了这个站,
rsync -vzrtopg --progress --delete apt.debian.com::debian/ /data/mirror/debian
自己的源却不能用.
一大堆错误如下.应该是目录结构的问题吧
哪位大侠知道应该怎么解决?
