我的fvwm桌面，不过还有些问题

下面贴图是我作的桌面，不过还有些问题没有解决。
1.请问debian unstable中的xorg模认是打开透明效果的吗？如何打开？怎么把menu做成真透明呢？
2.xfce4-panel的帮助文档中说他是支持透明的，不过好像要让窗口管理器支持

这段摘自xfce4的帮助文档，可是看不太懂，他说要想在xfce4里实现透明，我的xfwm就得重编译，难道说我的fvwm也要?刚才试了一下"panel=25"，在fvwm中不行
