创建临时系统完了后,回到root用户不能执行chroot了
[root@tiger lfs]# chroot
bash: chroot: command not found
su 到lfs
[root@tiger lfs]# su lfs
bash-2.05b$ chroot
chroot: too few arguments
Try `chroot --help' for more information.
bash-2.05b$

chroot /mnt/lfs 或者man chroot或者看看LFS book里是怎么写的。

你的PATH变量指向有问题，没有提向/bin 或者是/sbin,/usr/sbin之类的目录。
查一下你的su 后的PATH值是？
