fcitx3.1.1.tar.bz2是（稳定版）解包出错，请问是怎么回事？

看样是压缩包有问题。后来我又下了fcitx-3.1.tar.bz2，解压时是同样的错误，所以是不是我系统的bzip2有问题？？
还有一个问题：我在本站上下fcitx-3.0.2-1.rpm.i386文件时出现的不是下载对话框，而是直接显示一堆乱码？请问有没有人是怎么回事？我现在用的是从linuxfans上下的rpm文件，用的还正常。

用什么浏览器，建议用mozilla 下载 ，有些浏览器下载的东西会有问题。
