我的opera怎么无法实现粗体

同样的字体
在firefox里面可以实现粗体
但在opera里就无法实现。
字体用的是：方正圆体。也试过simsun
simsun字体粗体方法参见的是topmin的方法。

我安装了个opera，在系统菜单里出现了图标，但却运行不了，为什么？我用的是TAR文件安装的。
