声卡总是不工作，求救！

我没有使用ALSA，使用的是内核驱动，声卡是cs4281（在windows下是这样）

在2.4.22核下：
1 编译进内核时，启动信息中有cmpci，所以我认为驱动是cmpci.o  
2 模块方式的时候，可以
#insmod  soundcore.o
#insmod cmpci.o
但是insmod cs4281.o就说 no such device

不论我把驱动编入内核或是模块，运行gnome时总是有个对话框说是打不开 /dev/sound/mixer (我在/dev下有这个文件)，当然，我不能用声卡了。modules.conf是从主系统RH9拷贝过来的，里面的确写的是cmpci

在2.6.9下：
编入内核，显示cs4281，运行gonme，倒是没有说打不开/dev/sound/mixer了，但是打开CD PLAYER,就显示driver error，弄了好几天了，始终没弄好，极度郁闷啊，备受打击。


在主系统 RH9 或者 RH7.2下：
只要加载了soundcore.o 和 cmpci.o，就都可以用XMMS播放音乐了，但是主系统也不能insmod cs4281.o，这个cs4281.o好像根本就不是声卡的驱动似的。

老大们，出来救命啊！就剩这个问题了，声卡不能用，多郁闷的事，还有什么快乐可言？

在2.6.9下：
弄了个xmms，就可以用。NND,那个CD player真是烂，打开就是说driver error，简直是误导啊！白白浪费我几天时间。

在2.4.22下：
仍然不能用，就是打不开/dev/sound/mixer

我换成RH9自带的vmlinuz-2.4.20-8 System.map  /lib/modules/2.4.20-8/***，居然也可以，声卡没问题。

由此，我断定是内核的毛病。

是不是跟kernel对主板的支持芯片也有关系？
