安装qterm时的qt问题！！！

安装qterm-0.2.0，在./configure的时候总是在检查qt时发生错误：

checking for Qt... configure: error: Qt (>= Qt 2.2.2) (libraries) not found. Please check your installation!
For more details about this problem, look at the end of config.log.

我的系统是Mandrake10.0，我已经安装了qt3了，也按照INSTALL的说明export QTDIR=/usr/lib/qt3了，可是怎么总是在检查qt的时候过不去？
下面是我安装的qt包：
[root@localhost qterm-0.2.0]# rpm -qa|grep qt
qt3-common-3.2.3-13mdk
libqt3-devel-3.2.3-13mdk
libqt3-3.2.3-13mdk

怎么回事啊？请教各位大侠了，非常感谢！

试一下./configure --help
然后根据有的选项加上qt的dir
好像是--with-qt-dir还是什么的
