求助：我的filezilla出问题了

安装了filezilla后，一启动就出现提示：
Character encoding isseu:
A local filename could not be decoded.
Please make sure the LC_CTYPE (or LC_ALL) environment variable is set correctly.
Unless you fix this problem, files might be missing in the file listings.
No further warning will be displayed this session.

搞了好半天，还是解决不了。不知道各位遇到过没有，该怎么解决？谢谢！
